What is usually not covered
- Damage from storms, falling trees, impact or other events outside our control.
- Alterations or repairs carried out by others.
- Lack of reasonable maintenance, such as leaving gutters blocked.
- Corrosion caused by contact with incompatible materials or chemicals.
- Normal weathering and colour change over time.
