Built on Measurement, Not Guesswork
We measure first.
A reliable quote starts with accurate measurements. We check your site or drawings before we price the job, so the figures hold.
Materials that suit the job.
Coastal homes, hot factory floors and humid bathrooms all need different materials. We help you choose what suits your building, not simply what is in stock.
Clear paperwork.
Written quotations, clear inclusions and a written warranty summary, so you know exactly what you are paying for.

Can I get a quote from drawings?
Yes. Upload your drawings with the quote form or send them on WhatsApp and we will price from them. A site visit may still be needed before final pricing.
Metal sheets or tiles: which suits a Sri Lankan home?
Metal sheets are light, quick to install and work on lower pitches. Tiles suit steeper roofs and a traditional look but need a stronger structure. We help you match the roof to your building and budget.
PVC or gypsum ceiling: which is better for a humid climate?
PVC does not absorb moisture and wipes clean, so it suits bathrooms, kitchens and verandas. Gypsum gives a smoother, seamless finish for living spaces. Many homes use both.
