Estimates and quotations
An estimate is an approximate figure based on the information you give us. A quotation is a written price based on measurements or drawings. Work proceeds only on a written quotation you have accepted.
What a quotation is based on
The information, measurements, drawings and photos available when it is prepared. If the site conditions or scope turn out to be different, we will explain the change and issue a revised quotation before carrying out extra work.
Inclusions and exclusions
Every quotation lists what is included and what is not. Anything not listed is not included.
Delivery
Delivery charges, access requirements and unloading arrangements are shown on the quotation.
